We are a specialist cross border deal structuring business with experience across many industries and sovereign jurisdictions, especially across Africa and other developing economies. We also work closely with numerous Export Credit Agencies (ECA) in the USA, Europe, China and Asia as we assist global organisations compete for projects across Africa utilising programmes and incentives developed by the ECAs to ensure that our clients provide a more compelling and competitive solution to their customers in developing nations.

MANAGEMENT

Shaun Liedtke

Shaun Liedtke has extensive executive level experience where he has managed large organisations across industries. These industries include media, internet service, online transaction, strategy consulting, brand & marketing, investments, specialised security and property businesses.

He has post graduate legal and business qualifications obtained in South Africa and the United States

Shaun is a shareholder and management team member of Signature Capital and also serves as a director on several subsidiary and investment companies in the group.

Derek Hunt

Derek Hunt has extensive experience at the executive level in large FMCG, internet services, metals trading, strategy consulting and cross border financial structuring organisations. These positions were held domestically and internationally.

He obtained a commerce degree from the University of Johannesburg (RAU) and has additional training and expertise in international commercial, finance, law, finance and insurance disciplines.

Derek is a shareholder and management team member of Signature Capital and also serves as a director on several boards of subsidiary companies in the group.
